PACER 4:1 PREMIUM PRIMER FILLER 3.6L
Description
4:1 Primer Filler Premium is a high solid primer, suitable for all filler jobs in the professional body shop.
This primer has very good filling properties, excellent flow, no tendency to sag, as well as easy application and sanding. This product provides very good protection against corrosion. It is recommended for steel, aluminium, galvanised surfaces, polyester laminates, as well as surfaces covered with polyester putties. It is intended for dry and wet manual/machine sanding.
APPLICATION: The surface being repaired must be clean, dry, matted and degreased.
Measure out the A+B mixture by volume:
4 parts by volume of filler (A) and 1 part by volume of hardener (B), then mix thoroughly. Add a thinner for acrylic products (C) in an amount of 10 - 20 vol. % of component A.
Apply with a spray gun (spray nozzle 1.5 - 2.2 mm) in 1 - 3 layers, with a 10 - 20 minute (depends on the hardener) interval to evaporate solvents before applying the next layer.
This product is classified as Dangerous Goods for transportation in New Zealand and will incur an additional fee, additional documentation from our part and extra days to deliver.
